Bake sale sign-up AND delivery times!
118 S. Main in the building next to the White Peacock, drop off is from 7:45AM-8:15AM each day depending on when you signed up for, you should be able to go to the bake door in the alley to enter. Bake sale hours are 8:30-4:30 each day
Click on the link for when you’re signed up to work. Remember to report 5 minutes early and not leave until you’re relief arrives. The Dala Van is open from 9AM-4:30PM on Friday and 8AM-5:15PM on Saturday. The Saturday luncheon will be on Saturday, at the Covenant Church from 11:15AM-1:15PM.

These will be the workshifts available for Friday and Saturday. Each student must take at least 4 shifts, those can be filled by anyone willing to help them out, not just them. However, please make sure it's someone capable of fulfilling that job. i.e.- don't send a 4th grader to work the fryer or great grandma to stand for two hours doing wrapping. Also, please keep in mind that just because you sign up for a specific job, you might be asked to do something else and fill in somewhere or if it's opening time to do more stocking jobs. Please make sure you stay at your shift until your replacement has arrived and you've told them things work and please arrive at least 5 minutes early. Again, you can flip flop baking with working shifts with members of the group if you choose, but because of the nature of the beast of Hyllningsfest these are the requirements! You need to work out with who you switch on what you think is fair for what units equal shifts.
