May 2022

1. Mrs. Dolezal has emailed and not gotten much of a response for dancing this Friday at the middle school to try to recruit next year's dancers. Please be courteous when we reach out to you and take the time to reply with a yes or a no, so we can move forward. We shouldn't have to track you down.

On that note, if you know of any good families that you can help recruit, please do so!

2. May 10th is the expected delivery date on Yoder Meats, please be making a game plan to get those picked up. Time TBD closer to the date.

3. As a reminder as the trip nears, you must be fully vaccinated at least two weeks out of the cruise date, so make sure that your Covid Vaccination is updated, that includes the booster to be considered fully vaccinated.

4. We will also have to test prior to boarding, we are trying to work on logistics to get everyone done at the same time, but it's looking like you might possibly have to do that individually. Please download the app: VeriFly and get started on getting your information all put into that.

5. We will have a family meeting on May 22nd at 4:00, if your committee is involved in MIdsummer's Day- Bake sale, MayPole, Dala Van, Midsummer Rep- please make sure all of your ducks are in a row BEFORE the meeting to present to the group what you need from them that week prior to June 11th.
We will not have another meeting unless absolutely needed, so you need to have all of your info ready to go for the May 22nd meeting.

6. Medical Release forms are being handed out at Dancer practice and are also attached here. Terry Reed is willing to serve as a Notary on Sunday at the meeting, but these must be filled out.

7. Please get Margo copies of your vaccination cards and passports. Please bring them to school or to the meeting on Sunday.

8. SENIORS- you MUST get a good picture of yourself in full costume to Riley Ahlstedt ASAP if you want to have your senior gift in time for Midsummer's Day.

9. Midsummer dates/list will be ready on Sunday. We will discuss those events and then let everyone leave that is not going on the trip.

10. End of the year- committees please have notes turned into Margo and Brenton on any updates on committees, things that went well/didn't go well, things that need to be looked at for changes in the next couple of weeks please.
