1. February 12th- Red Wheel orders are due! Bring to practice or get them to Cheryl Peterson, Red Wheel delivery is scheduled for March 7th.

2. Omaha Scandinavian Folkdance Workshop- February 15-16, 2020 (President’s Day Weekend)

We will leave from Scott’s parking lot about 8:00am Feb. 15 and get back about 5:30-6:00pm Feb. 16.

Kids need to pay for a fast food meal on the way, and a fast food meal on the way back - otherwise dancers pays for the overnight and tuition (which includes meals while there and snacks galore and dancing the whole time). Bring your costumes!

3. Nursing homes and Assisted living performances on February 19th!

Dancers/Fiddlers will be split into three groups and go to either:

a. Bethany Home Assisted Living (7:00 performance)

b. Bethany Home (7:00 performance)

c. Riverview Estates in Marquette (6:30 performance)

4. Passports, I have to turn in information on passports as early as April, they must get done ASAP!

5. Please fill out this survey on the Sweden trip with names of people that you would prefer to room with. Please give me at least three names. I have to submit this to some of our hotels. There will be various rooming situations and different numbers of people in your room, so I will try to make sure you always have at least one of your choices if possible. 6. Please get the requests for costume info to Kim Suhr, see their committee page for what you should send them.

7. Please look at the following document to see the items that you still need to get me! I have a number of people who have not turned in their Emergency Medical Release, or some turned it in, but without a copy of the insurance card. You can also please start getting me passport copies as well.

8. Yoder meat sales will be happening soon!

Packets will be handed out next week at practice, with sales going until 3/25. Delivery will be around 4/15 if anyone asks, but that is still in the air a bit depending on when their trucks are available.
