2022 Midsummer's Info

Monday, May 23rd at 6:30PM- Help is needed to take down the Midsummer Pole at Heritage Square at the Old Mill- if you are taller and/or stronger and able to help with this venture they would very much appreciate it. It should not take more than a half an hour. Lori Nelson is leading this up and might be contacting some of you to make sure we have help coming.

Friday, June 10th, 2022 6:00PM - ALL DANCERS - Heritage Park at the Old Mill- this is 100% mandatory, you are required to send at least one person from your family if you can not be there or make sure you communicate what is the reason you can not help. Many parent volunteers are needed as well, the more the merrier. Plan on this taking 2-4 hours. Again, the more people to help, the less time it will take. We appreciate any and all help.

Need 4 Volunteers with trucks (or trailers)

· Supplies that Dancers need to bring -

o Loppers

o Branch cutters

o Gloves

o Bug spray

o Sunscreen (If needed)
