1. For those students and sponsors going on the Sweden Tour in June, LSFD did put in the Artshirt bulk order for your choice of crewneck sweatshirt or hooded sweatshirt for our trip.  If you are interested in purchasing additional shirts directly through Artshirt, please use the following link Additional Artshirt Orders.  Again, this link is to order additional shirts.  Online store will be open until midnight on May 14th.  There will be no late orders accepted.  

2. Tentative Yoder Meat Pick-up is Monday, May 15th.  Time and location TBD.

3. Very, Very important link for all 2023 LSFD Midsummers Information.  Probably wise to bookmark as information will be added, changed, and updated as it is received.  This will eliminate many of the extra emails during the next very busy May and June months.   

4. We will be opening up (2) different google sign-ups for Midsummers.  Both google sign-ups are in the link 2023 LSFD Midsummers Information Page as well as below.   The first survey will be for the Bake Sale which will be held at the Courtyard Gallery and the second for our Dala Van work shifts for the park. 

Bake Sale Sign-up: This document is currently in view-only and will be un-locked on Wednesday, May 24th at 9pm.  You are asked to sign-up for 1 or 2 spots per dancer.  If we still have spots open at our June 4th Family meeting, we will ask for volunteers to fill in the remaining spots.  All profits collected will be split among those that provided bake goods for this sale. We also need workers for the bake sale if you don't like to bring baked goods.  

    Dala Van Shift Sign-up: This document is also currently in view-only and will be un-locked on the evening of Wednesday, May 24th at 9pm.  I will be sending out a Remind App notification that evening to remind everyone that the sign-ups are open for editing.  You are asked to sign-up for 1 spot per dancer to start with at 9pm.  Then at 9:30pm you will be able to sign up for another spot to fill any remaining openings.  I would suggest you get familiar with the Dala Van job duties prior to the evening of May 24th.  None of these jobs are complicated but knowing what will be expected of you beforehand is important.  There are adult only shifts due to performance times so please make note.
