1. Yoder Meat Sales start TODAY!

Use the information in this folder for prices and items to sell: https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1jPATpK0i-9wr3Ey2BTX77Y7fmZcw3N9F?usp=sharing

The kids that choose to participate can download and print, or even email (to out-of-town family and friends) the order forms, Product Selling Cost List, Meat Bundle detailed Selling Cost List, and the fundraiser brochure (product pictures) to start selling 3/24/22-4/6/22. ALL ORDERS ARE DUE ON 4/6/22

There's also the "Meat Bundle Fundraiser Options" and "Product Cost VS Resale List" pages - just for the kids (for personal insight - NOT to carry around while selling) to see what their potential profits could be. Please collect payment at the time of the orders, made payable to LSFD. You can call or text Nicki Ebert at (913)481-1167 or Jenica Rose at (620)694-7423 if you have any questions.

2. Your directors are meeting right now and discussing the precarious situation that we are in for this trip, the economy, and unforeseen rising costs we fear on food, etc... we want to do our due diligence to make sure that everyone understands the costs involved for this trip this summer and the consequences that it might have on future years.

After comparing all figures tonight, we are at 1829 for students plus food costs, which are high in Oregon. You could assume additional food costs between $400-600 depending on your child.

For adults, we are at $2,071.12 plus your food costs.

Consequences for the following year would be junior accounts would basically be wiped out and you would need to seriously hit fundraising again. For freshman and sophomores, your estimated costs will be higher than you were originally told for a Sweden trip to happen.

We have the following week to make a major decision before we are out a significant amount of money. We feel like we needed to come and see where you all were as a group since costs were higher than originally anticipated. We would like your input on whether you would want out if it would cost you $100 from your accounts that has already been raised. Let me be clear this is NOT an option to pull out of the trip individually, we are trying to get a feel for where the group is to make that decision. We can't have half the group pull out, because then the cost of the trip goes up even higher for those that might want to continue.

So, consider this survey a hypothetical: you understand the costs of the summer trip and you understand that if we pull out it will cost each person/or your account $100 to get out of the trip.

Please discuss this as a family and fill out this form, but PLEASE decide by this Friday what your answer is.

https://forms.gle/3TYvcD9Gedv9EfpX9 - FILL THIS OUT BY FRIDAY!!!!!

Again, keep in mind this is all hypothetical and just giving us a direction as to where to head. Again, clicking an answer does not remove you from the trip or its financial obligations at this time, just helps us decide if people would rather not go at the cost to their account.
