1. Board/Family meeting on December 5th- get my any info needed for meeting by November 28th!
2. Practices will start late at 7:30 and end late on December 1st and December 8th as we get ready for Lucia. Make sure your homework is done in advance! We need everyone on board and focused! The more focused you are, the early you will get out. Practice on December 8th is AT Bethany Lutheran- you must wear a mask to this practice.
AFTER Lucia, we will take a short break from Dancers for the rest of December and the month of January, with practices resuming on February 2nd. You will not hear updates from me unless you need to.
2. Coffee pick up on Saturday, December 4th will take place at Lily Jones' house, 708 Emerald Drive (call my cell at 785-212-0800 if issues) Pick up coffee anytime on Saturday, December 4th from 8am-8pm!

10AM-2PM Swedish Bake Sale at Rendezvous Outfitters, all proceeds donated to TACOL
10:15AM Lindsborg Swedish Folk Dancer performance, Downtown North Main Street
10:45AM- Process to Bethany Lutheran Church from downtown with 4th graders
11:30AM- 4th grade Saint Lucia church service at Bethany Lutheran, reception to follow
1:15PM performance by Lindsborg Folkdanslag (adult group), Bethany Lutheran Church lawn
1:45PM performance by Lindsborg Swedish Folk Dancers, Bethany Lutheran Church lawn
3:00PM Lindsborg Swedish Folk Dancer Saint Lucia Church Service, Bethany Lutheran, reception follows

We provide a bake sale that has profits going towards TACOL that day, each Dancer is asked to contribute 1 unit. We have a signup to try to get various items, but if something doesn't fit exactly for you, please sign up wherever. You can also sign up to work a shift in lieu of bringing a unit.

Those going on the trip: You must fill out this form NOW! We discussed that there is a vaccination/negative covid test required for the AJR concert and Cats. AJR will be pushing it to get there, so also understand you're making a $35-40 gamble that we'll make it and have no travel problems. Fill this out immediately if you are a student or adult going on the trip.
