3. Dancer practice on Wednesday, October 6th is downtown in the circle, please wear your costumes as well since this is a dress rehearsal. Practice might run long.

Re
member if you're not doing your part on committee work, you will not get your paid shifts credited to you at Hyllningsfest. If you have a conflict, let Steve and Brenton know ASAP, but please make sure someone or better yet a few people are there to represent your family. Any and all are welcome to help!

5. Still looking for the one workshift to be filled, please let Margo know if you're willing to take an extra shift. IF you're family would like to earn an extra shift credit, you can make 5 more units if you wish, please let Margo know if you're planning on doing that in advance and make sure you let them know when you check in that you've brought extra.

6. Bake sale has had some updates on recipes and how many items. Please look it over, specifically some important changes with the chocolate balls. Also, recipes have been updated as well as giving some links to helpful youtube videos. Prices have changed also, so please make sure you are using the updated pricing graphic on that committee page whenever you're promoting things. The bake sale committee is also offering an additional drop off time on Thursday from 6-7PM.

They ask that you please go get the supplies you need to do your baking ASAP, but no later than Friday, so they know if they are good for supplies needed in the closet or if they need to do another run for more. . There will be more tins and lids coming on Monday as well as bread bags. Lids have disappeared faster than tins, so please make sure you're getting the same amount of tins to lids.

7. Hyllningsfest committeee wrap up meetings- IF NEEDED. You might need to gather your groups for putting things back away, meeting about how things went. Taking notes RIGHT AFTER the event is much more helpful and fresh than waiting until the end of the school year to remember things (i.e. counts of how many things sold, supplies that ran out, times work shifts needed more of less people, etc...), please take the time to do this and set the next group up for success. Please book off 4:00 on your calendars on October 17th if this is needed for you! You can set your own PLACE. Let me know if I'm needed for anything on your committee. Please get me notes on your event by the end of the next week.

PLEASE take this survey ASAP about Sweden as that planning has to start immediately. Please discuss this as a family before you fill out your answers so you're on the same page and we're getting the correct information on how to proceed. https://forms.gle/xuFJ9V3dcn2NxEcu9

8. I have extra bags of limes, if you're willing to buy one for $5 a bag, send the money to school with your kid tomorrow and I'll get them a bag. Like, we have a lot, so I'd appreciate it if you can use them.

9. The Hyllningsfest committee sends their thanks to you all.

10. I have a few photo drives for you, thanks to Nick and Mike

11. Please remember to stop by my room to pick up Red Wheel forms, they're in the cardboard box on the table upfront right when you open the door.

12. PLEASE, pLeAsE, PlEaSe have conversations this week and take notes you can send to me for next Hyllningsfest that worked well or need to be adjusted, I had marked off next Sunday for you to meet with committees if needed. Truly do not delay in this, I'd like to leave next festival with far less questions and accurate info while fresh in your mind.
